net.bind_ip and net.outgoing_ip, what does it really mean
Does anyone have a good guide or advice for this? My router will allow me to shoot traffic from a specific ip down a vpn, so I want to do just utorrent. I have 4 ethernet ports, may as well use a couple. Any advice is appreciated. Bare metal dell r710 if that counts for anything.
