Oct 25, 2013 · Is the personal wifi hotspot of the iPhone 5s reliable, and does it stay on indefinitely even with the screen turned off, or with other apps running on top? I switched from iPhones to a Note 2 this year and the hotspot on the Note 2 has been infinitely better than that of the 4S.
