I use Skype for Windows 8 app. The phone country setting is always set to Vietnam to Default, which is annoying as everytime I want to make a call, I have to reset it back to United States. I have set it back to United States every time the app launch, but once I restart my PC, launch the Skype all, the phone country setting is back to Vietnam.
